We have 2 squares with a length s and breadth s.
When kept next to each other, we have a triangle with a length 2s and breadth s
The area of such a rectangle is 2s * s(length * breadth) = 2s^2 (Option B)

Method 2(Assuming numbers)
We can assume value for the length of square(s) : 5cm.
Hence the length of the rectangle is 10cm and breadth is 5cm.
The area is 50cm, which is 2*s^2 = 2*5^2 = 2*25 - 50
