For those applicants who interviewed - did your application status update after your interview? If so, how long after your interview did it take to update?

I have not. My application still says submitted. Does anyone else see the same thing? Should I be concerned?

I know it can be difficult, but you guys/ladies seriously gotta chill, and be patient.

The Round 2 deadline was what, a week ago? While it's easy to doubt, there's really no reason to get negative 4 business days after the deadline.

At least for Round 1, the deadline was October 26th(give or take a day). The first "batch" of invites didn't come through until mid-November or so, and some of us in Round 1 received our interview invites a little over a week ago. Logically, one would assume the adcom is working through the Round 1 applications and rendering their final decisions by the upcoming Jan 25th decision date. I'm sure as we draw closer to Jan 25th and the days after the Round 1 deadline you'll see a lot more activity.

All that I've learned is that the entire process is sometimes a crapshoot, and at all times, unpredictable. Speculation and self-doubt will only drive you insane, I've done it enough myself. At some point you just have to let go and let it ride.

Congrats! Was that how you first heard about your acceptance, or did you get an email/status update/call prior to that?

For those who have been admitted, does anyone see the list of 'official' items needed on your applyyourself page?

Good luck to everyone waiting!

Hi,

Just completed my alum interview today (intl applicant stationed in Tokyo).
Am I the last R1 applicant to face the interview?

It was really a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was very frank and friendly.
My interviewer was kind enough to have some ice-breaking conversation before proceeding into the regular interview questions (Describe yourself, why MBA, why Anderson, most challenging professional experience etc.).

The official interview lasted for 20-25 mins and then we chatted for another 30 mins about my interviewer's Anderson experiences.

If an alum is the mirror of a school, then Anderson is simply shining (at least, to me)!

Good luck to all! and plz wish me good luck, too~

Well its already 20th Jan and I haven't heard anything from UCLA. I am a R1 applicant. Is there any possibility of getting an interview call in remaining 5 days? :(

I come from South East Asia and have not yet received interview invitation. I strongly believe that my profile is strong and my essays as well as my recommendations are adequate since I was invited from all top 5 schools that I have submitted my application.
I don't think that they will send any more interviews since it is final time to judge R1 admittances. I just hope that because of the big number of applicants this year, Anderson will send me to the waitlist (to be interviewed together with R2 applicants).
Anyone share the same idea?

Hi, I had the same experience in Hong Kong a couple days before your interview. The alum is super nice and really impressed me.

Good luck to all the waiting folks, including myself :P

This is the first I'm hearing of this concept - waitlist without interview. Are you sure it's even a possibility?
