Thanks aerien. Submitted the night before the deadline. I think it was already Oct 24th when I submitted. I'm pretty sure they send out rolling invites as they read applications.

Submitted my app Tue, Oct 23, 2012 around 8pm. Received interview invite on Friday (11/2). There were not many options available for on-campus interview slots!

Any international applicants to have got the call ? This is pretty quick movement than what I had expected.

I have not got any interview invitation yet, if you ask me. I come from Vietnam, and submitted the application in the last hour of the due day .

Thanks for the input guys. I'm not going to bother anyone else about the mistake, I'll just let it sit and hope they can overlook it. I've gone over the rest of my application and I am pretty sure there are no other typos or mistakes in my essays or anywhere else. Nothing much I can do about it now so I'm just trying not to think about it.

What is showing as your status? Mine just says something to the tune of "Congratulations, you have successfully submitted your application" when i log into the online app website.

I must say there is misunderstanding in here Not yet receive an interview request.... Hope we all will receive good news soon @caliboy: The application status is shown when you first log in. Mine said that: Application Status: Submitted. Submitted Date: 10/24/2012 2:21:00 PM EST. But my understanding is that it will only change after you get an interview.
