So i'm looking to apply in probably R1 of 2021, i'm currently in the process of looking at targets, reaches and safeties but don't know what these should be due to my GPA issue. My issue is that I have a 2.1 from a UK university, but am interested in applying to US Business Schools. Unfortunately, my University is one of the few in the country that state a GPA on transcripts, however, this is wholly inaccurate to what the actual comparison is (2.1 is generally between 3.3-3.7 or .8, and a first being a 4.0) My transcript states a 3.0 as for some reason any sort of 2.1 is a 3.0, a first is a 4.0 and 2.2 is a 2.0 according to my University and doesn't take into account the difference between a 60% and 69%, for example, which makes no sense according to the comparison charts i've seen from universities and international organisations. Should I put a 3.3? For example, Durham equivalency states 3.3-3.7 is a 2.1, Duke University states a 2.1 classification is between 3.33 and 3.67. I am completely baffled, it might be safer to put 0 and then let them do the conversion?
