So recently I have prepared for the GMAT exam using theGMAT Exam Prep GMAT™ Official Starter Kit + Practice Exams 1 & 2 (Free). However, I can no longer login due to this error "This page is already open in your browser. Please close that page and login again"

I am the only user of this account and I don't open Gmat Exam prep in any of my browser. How can I fix this? Thank you guys for your attention

Did you opened the same account before happening of the error?
If that happened and you closed the tab or window without signing off the account, then it may show such error. So, try to relogin and logout properly. Then, you can login again. I assume that such error shall not display again.

I guess you could check in Task Manager and check there also if any programs are open.

I would reboot and open in another browser to see if you have the same error. If it works ok, this may be due to a weird browser widget. If you still have an issue then it is on the mba.com side :cool:

i simply disabled every addons or widgets on my browser (firefox) and then reloaded the page.

the problem was gone.

Hi,

I have the same issue since yesterday morning and nobody at GMAT seems to be able to even answer me. My test is in 2 days, so any fast fixes welcome. Does not work on Firefox, Safari or on another browser on a completely different Laptop. Tried deleting cookies etc but nothing...

Hi,

This was a recurring problem for me too. Couldn't fix even after deleting browser cache or changing browsers. One permanent solution is to use the incognito mode - Ctrl + Shift + N on the google chrome browser. Got solved for good :)
