I would not retake with a 720 even though your 44 quant will be a hair under the average for top schools. Your job should make up for any questions they would have and I suspect they will not think twice about it. A 720 is above or right at the average for most any top school, and all they report is the average to the rankings boards. If you can convince them you can hang with the heavy quant curriculum, and I don't see why you wouldn't be able to do that, you will be fine. Best to focus on the apps--and congrats on your great GMAT score!
