I wanted to know the value-add offered by admission consulting services and to do an assessment wanted to see the level of details or feedback included in the comments. Please share a sample before and after essay with comments.

Note: To be clear I am not looking for an "actual" client essay. What I am looking for is a sample (may be a paragraph) of a hypothetical essay showing the type and the depth of comments you provide to guide clients..e.g., a) If an essay paragraph uses excessive wordings and repetitions, are the review comments focussed more on actually providing a reworded paragraph vs. giving high level direction by saying that paragraph is too wordy and should be made concise
b) if there is a grammatical mistake, do you highlight those with a possible alternative or not?

Hey there,

We definitely understand your question and we absolutely do everything you mentioned - cut down on verbose writing, identify grammatical issues, etc. BUT - what's more important is what we do with the story itself! Have you checked out the GMAT Club / Critical Square partnership on essay reviews? Check them out! We took a bunch of real essays and ripped them apart.

You can find them all [here]

Does that help answer your question?
