I'll be there as well, I just got my ticket. I'm still deciding on where I'm going, and this seems to be a great way to really see what UW has in depth.

Hey i am jealous of you guys (westsider, llmll, christian and all others who are attending april event)...you gonna meet just next week :)

Well, about me i am a silent reader of this thread...Foster admit

But you guys are meeting next weeeek....Its unfair :(

Anyway, Hope you will post the updates of each event starting from celebration dinner!

like tanvip says, its unfair that you locals will be meeting this weekend. We internationals have to wait a long time for that. Anyway guys, I hope we have a lot of good posts from you all after the admit weekend.

^ Yes, I did apply in the last round. I turned in my app on the very last day hahah. But according to their policies, they don't look at any apps until past the deadline anyway.

Hey all - for the admit weekend.. about the dress code:
Am I correct in thinking Suite on thursday, something less than that on friday/saturday?

I think i need to go to the cleaners..

I just got my admission packet. Just as I expected, it was quite plain and simple ... but it does not have any info on funding :(

When did you guys get to know about the funding that you received ?

Hi Vedder. That is their standard procedure. Oddly I had thought they might tell later admissions rounds with their admission since they had already looked at the finaid stuff. It took over a month from admission time to finding out about scholarships. Also, it took 6 weeks to find out my fafsa didnt qualify me for the subsidized lo9ans. But i still dont have any sort of fafsa packet with what they WILL offer me. (7 weeks on)

I posted my profile on the admit board yesterday. I'm the one who wants to go skiing. :lol:

By the way, I just received my admit packet today (1 week after the e-mail), the same day as my packet from another school (which had a fellowship offer).
