The answer to this question has to be D as the plural noun in the non-underlined part "physicians" needs to be compared with a plural noun "chiropractors" and not with phrases like "a chiropractor’s education", " chiropractor education", "the education and training a chiropractor", " the education and training", found in Options B, E, C and A.

Only remaining option is D
