C for proper comparison.

All other seem to compare "transplant" to "all patients".

I too wanted to post this SC today.
Well answer should be C. Reason has already been stated in previous posts.

C makes correct comparison between twins and patients. The rest compares transplants to patients.

Note:-I am assuming that whose in A and E is non restrictive and who in C is restrictive.Correct me if i am wrong.

We know that answer C. That's bcoz other options are having wrong comparisons i.e b/w transplant and patients.
besides that reason B and D can be eliminated on the basis that "twins with same genetic" suggesting that only some twins are having same genetics.
My Question is that can we eliminate A and E on the same basis becoz it is using non restrictive modifier "twins, whose genetic" while C is having restrictive modifier "twins who".
