1. Please evaluate my profile for UT Austin, Indiana Kelly, Emory, Kenan Flagler, USC Marshall:
These schools seem within your reach even considering your applicant pool is very deep and your GMAT score will likely be a bit below the average of this pool. Your career advancement and solid plan for your post MBA career will communicate maturity, teamwork, and leadership, all three of which are critical components of a winning application.
2. What are my chances of scholarship at the schools mentioned above?
Scholarships for international students are rare, and with your credentials appearing "average" for your applicant pool, I don't see much that helps you stand out for the small number of scholarships that will be available for international students. Remember that scholarships are mostly merit based and therefore given only to the very top candidates. I see your profile as competitive for admission, but likely not considered to be in the group of top applicants from around the world.
3. What are the other schools I should try?
I am hesitant to recommend applying to more than five schools with the R2 deadlines only three weeks away. It would be unlikely you could do a satisfactory job on that many applications in such a short amount of time. Having said that, you might also consider as alternatives Georgetown (McDonough), Vanderbilt (Owen), and Georgia Tech (Scheller).
4. If I improve my GMAT score in April/May, will these schools consider that for scholarship (after admission offer is made)? Not likely. You will have missed the cutoffs for scholarship consideration by then.
