Contact the person you interviewed with and ask them what you can do to strengthen your application. Write another essay, have a manager reach out and explain why you would be great for the program, etc. There is a lot you can do! I think a lot of people have a tendency to sit on their hands when they get waitlisted (happened to me last year), but I think being proactive is your ticket to admission.
