Thank you for your question. I have expanded the explanation further. (it was quite weak). I hope it helps. In terms of "B":

B. While it is true that ICE focuses on transferring knowledge (aligned with objectivism) and CLE supports the creation of subjective understanding through exploration and communication (aligned with constructivism), the passage does not frame this relationship in terms of objective vs. subjective understanding directly. This choice simplifies the roles of ICE and CLE too much.­

Basically, the passage does not say and it is not possible to state simply that CLE is dedicated to creating subjective understanding among learners. Maybe but there is no clarity if this is indeed so.
