Thanks Linda.

But i forgot to tell that i am an L2 support engineer managing a team of 11 members.
The only thing is that the designation is being called Customer Support Engineer.
My worrk involves managing the team and providing the support to customers of my company using our product.

I want to know whether they will be skeptical about it even if i expalin my job and roles i m performing.

Thanks once again and shed some more light into this.

If you tell them you lead a team of 11 they will put more weight in what you actually do than on your title. The question is how that will compare to others who have led teams handling more difficult tasks.

But that's really the admissions committee's job. Your job is to present your work in the most impressive light emphasing your contribution and impact to the organization where you work, whether you are in a customer service or general management.

Good luck!
