Hi,
I took a veritas prep test today and I had scored a 33 on my verbal which has hit a plateau recently.
Any advice on which questions i could have skipped i.e in my future exam to skip a question or just advice on better time management.
I have attached a screenshot of the performance
My timings for each section:
1 min , 4 seconds - SC
2min, 26 seconds- RC
1min, 53 seconds- CR
Your time management for each question type looks good.
Perhaps you could reduce your time spent in RC to less than 2 mins per question. It certainly is a problem area for you. I see more than half of your mistakes are in RC. You have missed all 3 questions of two passages, especially the moment the questions touch the 700 range.
So start practicing 5 passages everyday under timed conditions. Also invest your time in active reading - an hour a day.
