The Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC), US-based administrator of the GMAT exam, is trying to strengthen its foothold in the Indian business school admissions market. GMAC has announced it will assume ownership and management of NMAT exam meant for admissions to Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies ( NMIMS).

It's about time! I strongly resent the current selection methodology for business schools in India. This is a good move.

I have given this test (scored in the 99th Percentile) and was admitted to the program

NMAT was previously organized by pearson vue and conducted by Narsee Monji itself, but the quality of the centers was not at all upto the mark. Lets hope that improves now.
