So...when is quitting their jobs??
Technically, I move out west when my girlfriend gets a job but the tentative aim is to quit come June. I'm worried it's a bit too much time between work and school (loss of income, general boredom, big gap in resume, etc.) but maybe I'll be able to do some contract work remotely at my current job through the summer. Knowing I have an expiration date at work is definitely making the days drag. I wish some one would have told me there was a downside to applying and accepting Round 1...

Quit your job sooner rather than later. Go do something that you always want to do but did not have time for, such as travel, write a book, learn some new skill, etc.
