Hello everyone I planning to apply for spring admissions for 2012 for one year MBA schools
Following are my details.

Work Experience
8+ years of IT experience with upward progression in career
3 years of project management experience, managing a team of 25 members

Academics (My biggest worry)
I have a 3.2 GPA in my undergraduate degree. Due to health reasons I had some challenges during undergraduation and unfortunately my academic graph shows downward trend. In my first year I was in top 10-15% but from second year onwards it just dips down.
Extra-Curriculars
Toastmasters competent communicator
Involved with local library administration
Request your advice on my chances to these programs and any particular aspects I can work on to improve my chances. I really want to complete my MBA in 2012.
