Hello there,
I'd like an evaluation of my profile since I intend to apply to the MiM program at HEC/ESCP/ESSEC.
Age : 24
Nationality : Moroccan
GMAT (both taken during work period) : 550 - Retaken after 2 months : 750.
Education : Graduated from the Mohammadian School of Engineering, the top engineering school in Morocco (One of the top 10 engineering schools in the MENA region) with a final grade of 13,88/20 (The evaluation process is extremely severe, the best of us had gotten a 15/20. We don't use GPAs unfortunately) in Industrial Engineering and complex project management.
Work Experience : Currently working as a business analyst at Kea & Partners (french consulting firm), final internship done in the marketing department at Procter & Gamble, various other internships.
Extracurricular activities : Tech Squad and Coaching Team Leader at ENACTUS from 2010 to 2012, semi-finalist and winner of 6 prizes with the team at the SIFE National Competition in 2011, managed a portfolio of 11 projects - Founded the COGNI program to improve educational standards in Morocco.
Other qualities : polyglot (capable of fluently speaking in 6 languages)
What worries me the most is my final grade - whether it hampers my chances of getting admitted into the programs I'm targeting.

I'm not familiar with ESSEC or ESCP, but you have a competitive profile for the HEC MiM program. I'm assuming that you don't have too much work experience for HEC.

Concerning work experience, I'm currently at my sixth month at Kea & Partners, and by the time I matriculate, I'll have a year and a half of WE.
