My information:
1) Brief description of full-time work experience
Current: Global product Manager with Johnson Controls Inc (based out of India) - manage product portfolio for energy applications suite - with install base across 20+ countries, 4 continents. Responsible for charting product road-map, plan and launch new releases, define product positioning, support sales and marketing, direct interface with customers for product deployment / features feedback
Highlights: Overseen two product releases, increased install base by 120% in 15 months, developed and delivered 'Regional Country Champion Training' program for the products (trained over 50 participants from 11 countries), developed new market base in Europe and South America
Previous: Sustainability consultant with Wipro Eco-Energy (consultant and project manager for energy efficiency and carbon optimization projects across North America, Europe and India); Founding team member with NextGen Pvt Ltd (startup in the field of carbon consulting)

I'm happy to provide my thoughts on your profile. First off - amazing GMAT! I'm sure you have more than one GMAT Club member jealous! Ok, so let's get into this:
[Academics]
Even without your GMAT, you have a pretty strong academic profile. Great GPA, graduated with honors, etc. Not an IIT, but with your performance, that won't count against you too much. And then add to that a killer GMAT with a balanced split! You have this covered.
[Professional Experiences]
You have a lot of the main things covered here including well known company, international experience, and work with impact / scope. I also like that you're involved in a start up focused on carbon consulting. It would be well worth the time to delve into that more deeply. I also think it's great you have some professional experiences that aren't strictly job related. For example, your training component is pretty interesting. You also have both project and resource leadership experiences. Your professional experiences are pretty well rounded!
[Involvement]
You mention these are extensive but post grad all I can see is the white papers you've written. Thought leadership is great but is there anything else here? I'm not sure if you just haven't mentioned your activities or if you're missing them. If you're missing them, then that's a bit of a yellow flag. But there might be more here than you've shared. Especially if we include things you've done within your company as well.
[Goals]
Your goals make perfect sense. Ambitious but realistic. They're also a continuation in your field and having an MBA makes perfect sense to accelerate growth and ramp up the trajectory.
[Schools]
You're set up pretty solid for a top 20 run. I'd say target a couple in the 4 - 8 [MIT & Haas are good options] as stretches, 2 or 3 in the 9 - 16 range as aligned [e.g. Duke (great energy program), Ross, and McCombs (great energy program AND great entrepreneurial program / city)], and a safety or two [e.g. UNC, Tepper, Emory]. The good thing with school selection for you is that there aren't THAT many schools at the intersection of entrepreneurship & energy / sustainability.
With the right story and execution, I think you're in a great spot mate.
