Current: Integration and verification engineer (Ericsson Sweden) . (1 year and current)
Main duties:
- Test development and verification.
- Test case management.
- Dealing with customers to get their issues resolve.
Previous: Test Manager (2 Years) (Volvo Trucks Sweden)
- Responsible for management of project software testing activities (Lead the project testing with team of 6 people)
(Got the excellent feedback from the higher management as a team manager)
-Junior Software test engineer (1.5 Years)

Preparing and hope to get the score of over 720.

Chalmers University of Technology, Sweden
Masters in Software Engineering & Tech
Grade :B
Year (2009-2011)

With your target GMAT, you would be a viable and credible candidate for your target programs. Both, especially MIT, would be reasonable reaches.
To maximize your chances, make the most of your international experience and your strong professional growth in your essays. And clarify and elaborate on the business interface aspects of your work.
Final tip: make a vivid case for your goals; these goals build on interesting experience, so I believe the whole “story” would be compelling.
Your competition for admission will be tough, so in doing your applications, keep focused on answering the question, “Why should the adcom admit me over other accomplished applicants from my geographic region, industry, function?”

Hi,
Thanks for your evaluation. I have one more question.
I am working hard to get a GMAT score over 720 but at times I feel demotivated
with people comments "it is almost impossible to get into top schools with low cgpa", what do you say about it? And what do you think about INSEAD match with my profile?
