I recently appeared for my gmat and scored a 660.
I have about 5 years of experience and I am looking to apply in any of the top schools for MBA, for January or February 2015 intake.

Aditya,
If you define top MBA programs as "top 10", then I would say that the competition is quite tough. For Indian male IT applicants, it is tougher. You have to score 720+ in order to stand a good chance.
I would recommend any schools ranked below 20 as realistic goals. Apply to a couple of schools ranked 10-20 as a stretch. and ranked close to 50 as a safety school.

Hi Aditya,
If you are targeting just the US top 10 programs, it will be a major challenge. You may apply to few of the top Canadian schools and also target the 20-50 schools across the globe. However it will depend on the your essays and recommendations to make it to the interviews. You can get a fair amount of idea about the B-Schools to apply here: https://goo.gl/RZg44t
