GMAT score: 710 (Q49, V38, IR7, AWA 5.0)
Year of Graduation: 2012 (3.45 GPA). top philippine university
International Experience: Semester abroad (France 2010)
Work Experience till date: 30 months (37 months by R1)
MBA Objective: Leverage emerging market real estate development experience to enhance managerial and strategic capabilities in an international setting. Short term: join consultancy firm post-grad (specialization in real estate developments for international, large-scale projects). Long term: build a company that creates bottom-of-the-pyramid residential and mixed-used development solutions in developing countries.
Experience:
1. 3 years work experience in project management: residential condominiums and subdivisions in provincial locations in the Philippines. My role includes (1) preparing financial models (cash flow projection, profit and loss statements, net income targets) for residential projects, (2) leading cross-functional teams in the conceptualization and execution of our projects (i.e. sitting down with architects and engineers and trying to balance their viewpoints [aesthetics vs. structural integrity] while maintaining reasonable costs, (3) coordinating sales and marketing efforts to ensure financial targets are met. I could get solid recommendations from my boss and project partners due to strong sales and on-time execution
2. Led project teams in exceeding net income targets for two consecutive years.
3. Proposed solutions that helped minimized cost impact in our projects P&L.
