Hello,
I believe you’re over-reaching in your target schools. There are 3 main reasons: you’re in an over-represented group to top MBA programs, making your chances much smaller than the stated % admission; your GMAT is on the low-to-ok side for applicants from your demographic, whereas it needs to be stellar (i.e. if the school’s average GMAT is 710, it’s probably about 730 for the Indian applicants); and your work experience, while strong, isn’t unusually strong for your R1 programs.
I would consider your R1 schools to be rather unrealistic even as reaches. The R2 schools are good reach targets, and on-pars would be schools at the level of Georgetown, UNC, Emory, etc.
It’s fine to mention your entrepreneurship experience in the essays, even advisable – but make it fit into your overall narrative.
Lack of outside activities is a negative but not a major one, depending on the program. It does make it all the more critical to make every other aspect of your experience compelling.
