Hi Accepted team,
I'd be really interested in getting your thoughts on my profile and my chances at the three target schools listed. One of my biggest questions is whether I should consider retaking the GMAT to boost the quant score.
Currently work in the Strategy Consulting arm of a Big Four accounting firm (~2 years experience). My work has been primarily in the healthcare industry and private equity due diligence. Previously spent 2+ years in audit at the same company working with large banks and REITs. I've been rated near or at the top of my class each year across both roles and I was recently promoted to an MBA-equivalent role within my practice.
GMAT: 740 (47V, 45Q)
I graduated from the Honors Program at a National Top 40 School in the Northeast in 2011. Double major in Finance and Accounting. 3.3 GPA. I took 5 years of credits in four years
Extracurriculars: Currently serve on the board of my neighborhood's elementary school. Actively involved in several internal initiatives within my company including recruiting and process improvement. Taken multiple programming courses on Coursera/Edx
Certifications: CFA/CPA
Targets: Harvard, Stanford, Columbia. Applying Round 1 2015 to all 3
Post MBA goal: To work with a late stage startup in the healthcare industry
