I graduated from an Ivy League with an undergraduate GPA of ~2.3.
Interdisciplinary major with mostly focus in Economics/Business courses.
750 GMAT.
I started a service related business in college with 300k+ in sales from almost every part of the world and managed ~150 workers + thousands of clients.
The low gpa is the result of a combination of one of my family members passing away during my sophomore year and then not going to class/complications with antidepressants the rest of my time there.
What are my chances of getting into a top business school if any at all?

Your GMAT Score and entrepreneurship experience is really impressive. A low GPA can certainly be offset by your work experience, outstanding application essays and GMAT Score. You haven't mentioned much about your work experience. Are you also doing any other job(if yes - let us know the number of work experience and job profile) or just running your business. Hi there,
Your exceptional GMAT score as well as your work and leadership experience will certainly speak louder than your GPA, especially if there were external variables that affected your ability to focus on your academics. I'd say you have a strong chance of gaining admission to a top business school.
There is always the option of including an additional essay, explaining your low GPA. However this may be unnecessary.
