Thanks for the feedback.
I am up for another GMAT and will take it again in on Sept 4. I'll come back and let you know the score then.

My professional experience is basically an engineering graduate program (the program is prestigious and with a global Swiss engineering firm) and now project engineer moving towards project management. I have successfully managed smaller scale projects of approx $600K on my own and assist on multi-million dollar projects.
Whilst on the graduate program I received a letter of recommendation from the country CEO for my efforts on a specific project.
My salary was quite high to begin with but no significant jumps as many companies in oil and gas have gone into pay rise freezes over the past two years.
I'm definitely very interested in the top 10-20 schools as well and am aware top 10 is a reach.

Would you say it is reasonable that I have:
Select 1 or 2 in Top 15: reach schools (eg. Stern / Kellog / booth)
Select 3 in Top 15-25: target schools (Anderson / Johnson/ Fuqua / Tuck)
Select 2 in Australia as safety schools: Melbourne Business School and AGSM (just because outside top 25 I don't believe the return is worth the cost of going overseas).
