Is your priority to learn the most, get something that may help as a prerequisite once you start your MBA, or increase your chances of getting in?

Depending on that, your approach should vary. I wouldn't worry about anything transferring at this point. If Berkeley is easier for you and preferred, go for that. At the end of the day, the extra classes only help to a limited extent. Your GMAT isn't bad so I wouldn't worry too much about that part of your application.

Increasing my chances of getting in for the most part, although part of it is just being embarrassed that I still haven't taken it.

Great question. So if your goal is to maximize your chances of getting in, you need to pick the class that most accurately mimics the real world. In this case, it seems to be the UCLA course.
