Hi,
I am an Indian male, 25 years old, currently working in the IT sector. This October, I'd be completing my 4th year. The highlights of my profile are as follows.
GMAT: Score - 680 (Q: 58|V: 35|IR: 4|AWA: Still awaiting scorecard)
Professional Experience:
Joined Cognizant Technology Solutions on Oct 28, 2011. Got my 2nd promotion in 4 years. Working as a Programmer Analyst in the Retail Enterprise Services Domain, with responsibilities including
> implementing solutions for business retail models for famous retail chains in the Middle East using Oracle RPAS (Retail Predictive Application Server), support activity including weekly/daily batch monitoring and issue resolution.
> interacting with clients to provide business solution and enhancements/implementation based on their requests.
> creating reference documents, including Operations Guide, Draft Plans and Business Functionalities .
> providing RPAS consultancy for another project for one of London’s primary retail chain. Scope include regular issue resolution, coordination with onsite representative, feasibility study, implementation and testing related to enhancements based on client requirements.
> training new employees of Retail Enterprise Services.
Other management/professional experiences:
1. Started an education centre during my high school years (2007), along with my mother. Managed the startup for 7 years (2014), with responsibilities including teaching middle and high school students, brand management, workforce management and so on.
2. Started and operated another startup with focus on Internet Marketing, Online Advertising and SEO. Responsibilities included content development, recruitment and skillset development for new employees. Was active from 2008-2011, during my college years.
Extra-Curricular experiences:
1. Represented Howrah Union club in under-19 cricket tournament organized by the Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB).
2. Playing the keyboard for almost 10 years now. Was a part of Ajit Ghost Music Academy's orchestra. Have been associated with several bands and music groups over the years, and performed in various national level events, including some of the biggest fests in India. Also a member of Cognizant Kolkata’s official music group ‘C-Sharp’.
Education Qualification:
Completed my Bachelor of Computer Applications from Techno India, Salt Lake Campus under West Bengal University of Technology. GPA: 3.5.
Would love your input as to which colleges in USA/Europe might be fit for my profile.

Your profile is good for b-school, but will be viewed as fairly common when compared to your applicant pool. For this reason, you will need to broaden your b-school search, looking for schools in the top 25 which are actively recruiting international applicants. Also, look for schools who have a hard time getting enough international applicants to apply. This will position you with a better shot.

Thanks for the swift response Bryant. Really appreciate it.
I am pretty sure any of the Ivy League colleges would be a long shot bordering on ambitious. I had narrowed my choices down to UCLA: Anderson, University of Virginia: Darden, Carnegie Mellon: Tepper, University of North Carolina: Kenan-Flagler, University of Texas at Austin: McCombs, Georgetown University: McDonough, as far as USA is concerned.
Let me know whether I'm still being over-optimistic regarding my choices.
