I completed my Btech in 2012 from India and Completed my MS from US in 2014. Have been working since then. Will complete almost 2 years of full time experience by Jan 31st 2016.
Have been an active member of Street Cause an NGO.
Not a lot of experience leading teams in work ( which is quite apparent with lack of my experience ).
Leadership Experience:
1.) Organizer for UnderGrad's College's tech fest where I lead a team of 50 other students.
2.) Coordinator of several workshops and events.
Please evaluate my profile for following colleges:
1. IIM Shillong.
2. IIM Indore.
3. SP Jain
4. IIFT
5. IMT Ghaziabad.
6. Narsee Mojee

You probably have an attractive profile for all of those schools. However, one major question I have is what do you do for work? What company?
You can also look at ISB. Depending on your work ex I may suggest some others.

I work for a mid sized digital marketing firm, that advertises and builds a website platform for automotive dealers. I work on a team that collects lot of website generated data and runs analytics algorithms to find out business insights and then we do a lot of visualization and data interpretation.
