Hi, would like to get some insights from experts.
Location: One of the small (10million population) post-Soviet countries.
Gmat: 730 Q48 V41
GPA: 4.0 (graduated with honors) General Economics with minor in Organisation of Insurance
Work Experience: 8 years (including military)
Background: Country level Marketing and Sales Manager in a pharmaceutical company with overall budget 500 million. Managed 200-person sales and marketing department with 3million budget. Worked in cross-functional teams to establish subsidiaries of the company in two other countries.
Military Service : 1 year mandatory military service. Discharged as a Sergeant. Have a few leadership stories.
Activities and Interests: Speak 4 languages fluently. Created a club of Krav Maga enthusiasts to practice Krav Maga. Practiced Kick-boxing since 13.
Short term goal: To work in one of the multi - national pharmaceutical company after getting my MBA,
Long term goal: My long term goal is to help decrease medicine affordability in post-Soviet countries. Currently, on average only 10 percent of medicines are manufactured in these countries. As we know, being imported makes products much more expensive than if they were produced locally. By using my MBA, my background in pharma and my short term goal (gaining experience very likely in operations division of big pharmaceutical company) I intend to establish a company which will be able to manufacture needed medicines locally. Currently, countries are very interested in promoting local healthcare, but lack of expertise does not allow this to be a reality. I plan to fill this emptiness.

Thanks for sharing your profile. I thin on paper you should be a fit for your target programs. These are some of the top schools in the world so being a fit on paper is not always enough. I would heavy up on connecting your career interest to a passion pitch of sorts and not just a job. It seems this already exists for you so schools will love to see the vision of a better world you possess. Coming from a smaller country has its benefits here because of the diversity you can potentially bring so don't be afraid to touch on your upbringing and how that has affected your personal and professional journey.
