Hi,
Thanks for going through my profile.

Hi there,
Thanks for sharing your information. The types of organizations you have worked for are solid. But I must ask, what did you do for them? What roles were you in?
At Oracle I worked as Developer of Oracle's Flagship Product (Oracle Database) (2 years)
At Morgan Stanley as Senior Developer in Risk Team (13 months) - (No leadership but I just guided 4 people in Level 1 and Level 2 support)
At D.E. Shaw as Team Lead in Risk Team - Mentored 2 Grads (just 5 months)
One more thing to note is, I am in notice period at D.E. Shaw. I resigned so that I can work in my startup in Full Time basis.

Any big leadership opportunities? You mention your part-time experience at a start-up, what is the scope, size, and scale of this start-up? Is it profitable? What is your role? These details are important to your application (I assume you're targeting R2).
I am founder of Career Breeder (
https://careerbreeder.com - kindly view gallery if possible

). Through CB I interacted with 2500 students and conducted sessions in 13 schools. At peak times, I managed a team of 7 people but right now it's maintained by me and other friend in part time basis.
Yes, I am targeting soonest deadline possible.
Recently, I got an Offer letter from another IB to work as Senior Developer and that confused me again. My startup is in different domain so if I work for it now, it might create some ambiguity in my team.
In your opinion which one (startup or IB) will have better value for my application.

Your GMAT is decent and could work for schools like Tepper and McCombs, but your GPA is quite low - did you convert this yourself? Instead of converting, what %-ile did you graduate relative to your class? What was your major?
My GPA is 7.13 (out of 10) and my class average was 6.42. It was in top 25%. Is there a better way to project it?

Finally, to make any school selection discussion meaningful, we'll need to assess fit and to do that I'll need a better understanding of your goals - both in the short and long term. Looking forward to hearing back!
I am looking for switch so that I can join back Hedge Fund/IB in [b]Business Side in their HQ[/q]. I love Risk Domain and want to excel in the same domain, however at this point of time I am quite flexible about domain.
For recommendation, it's difficult for me to get it from my managers at Morgan Stanley and D.E. Shaw as firm policies don't allow that. However, I can get it from my colleagues; or from my clients (school principals) and other co-founder of my startup; or from my college Professors. Will it work? I don't have any big shot to recommend.
