Hi there,

Your academic profile is quite strong. Even though you don't have a formal leadership designation at your firm, you can at least discuss your experience to convey your leadership capacity. Further, your achievements will need to be clear and demonstrating your impact will be critical. To overcome not having any written proof of your design work, hopefully your recommenders and corroborate your work. Your weak spot in your profile will be your involvement/extracurricular activities. This makes top tier programs tough, but I think you could go after 1-2 depending on how many programs you're comfortable applying to. When you plan to apply?

Hi Sir,

I am planing to apply for insead and imd in round 1.
I am looking only for 1 years MBA program.I cannot afford to stay out of work for 2 years.
I heard that insead will be very tough since i dont have any extra extracurricular activities.

Thanks

Hi Sir,

I talked to my manager yesterday and told him regarding my mba application.
He has agreed that he will write all my achievements in work in the recommendation letters.
One thing he asked was does he need to write all work achievements in detail or in a short summary.
How long or short should be his comments..
I will be very thankful if u can answer my above queries.

Thanks
Amardeep

Hi there,

You'll want your LOR to be between 1-2 pages unless otherwise stated. The more specific your manager can be, the better off you'll be. Hope this helps and best of luck!
