I scored a 610 on GMAT (48Q, 27V, 3IR, AWA - not available yet) yesterday and a 560 (44Q, 23V, 4IR, 5.5AWA) a month back. With consistent endeavor I may score a 670-680 at max.
I was planning for the September 2016 intake but unfortunately it seems that I will miss the R2 deadlines of most of the schools if I re-take the GMAT and give myself another opportunity.
I am looking for a reputed top 50 Full-time MBA (2 year or 1 year with internship opportunity) in USA, SPAIN, CANADA, GERMANY, ASIA.
I have around 8 years of work experience ( 2 years IT and 6 years in my own Entrepreneurship venture ).
I am 32 year old male from India and hold a Btech in Computer Science with a GPA of 2.9.
Can anyone suggest a school as per my profile? Is it worthwhile to apply with that score or shall I re-take GMAT and consider applying next year

Completing application on time is no problem and I can manage it.

I would retake your GMAT, you can most likely find a spot at a program in the bottom half of the top 50 but given the timeframe I would focus on improving your GMAT to get closer in range to the programs you have listed and prepare for next year.

Well, this year is pretty much over anyhow (Round 2 is basically done) so it probably makes more sense to apply NEXT year. After you have retaken your GMAT of course.
