Pardon me if this post is either irregular or misplaced - I have not posted in these forums until now.
I'm a recent Bachelor degree graduate from a top Canadian university. Looking to apply to an MBA program in 3-4 years in all likelihood. I'd like to apply to Canadian schools such as McGill, UBC, U of T and UWO. If possible I'd probably be interested in applying to some American ones as well. I have not taken the GMAT yet - I plan to start studying for it this summer once I get settled into my new job - so I know that I can't really gauge my chances yet. For what it's worth, I'd just like to know what sort of shot I have at admission at various schools and how I need to do on the GMAT.
3.24 cumulative GPA, slight upward trend
Strong work experience throughout Bachelor Degree years, very entrepreneurial oriented
Strong leadership roles in student government as well
Currently working in Sales role in Financial services industry

Moved your post to a most relevant forum that is visited by admission consultants. For my 2 cents, the information that you are looking for is readily available on the websites of various schools. Just look at the past 2-3 years of class profiles and also the average or median GMAT scores that the schools post on their websites. If you score closer or more than the median score for a given school, your profile will be competitive (atleast GMAT wise) for that school. But do keep in mind that GMAT is one of the many different parts that go into preparing a great application and the bschools look at your complete profile while evaluating you wrt your peers during a given application cycle.

Tough to say because you have not taken your GMAT, a rule of thumb is your scores should fit with the averages of your target school. If you are below the average on one aspect (gmat, gpa) the other should be higher to compensate. So just keep this in mind as you begin to target MBA programs.
