Hi there,
Thanks for sharing your background information with us. Your target schools are indeed lofty, but to get a better sense of fit, I think we need start with your short and long-term goals. At the moment, they're quite generic - what more can you tell me about where you want to be in the 3-5 years? Your academic stats are OK, but I would do everything you can to boost that GMAT. Your GPA doesn't necessarily stand out, but if you're able to get that GMAT across the 700 mark, that will help you immensely.
As far as your work experience goes, I have a good sense of what you do, but it's unclear how well you do it. Yes, you've been promoted (which is great!) but I need to hear more about your accomplishments, awards, and things that make you stand out. I get it, a forum isn't the easiest place to divulge these details, and that's OK! Just want to call that out as they need to be highlighted throughout your applications.
It's great to see the diversity in your community involvement. I like that you were a mentor early on, but the rest of your involvement states that you were a member. Surely you did more than just show up (which is what a role of "member" means to the AdComm). Think about your impact to the organization and discuss your leadership!
I'll close by reaffirming that your target schools are a bit of a stretch for the reasons I've stated above, but I think with a higher GMAT score and some clarity around your goals, accomplishments, and leadership we can craft a story that justifies applying to 1-2 of these programs as part of your broader application strategy.
