Hi there,
I would recommend including a brief explanation in the Additional Information section (a sentence or two) explaining why a personal email address for your recommender has been given. Clients have done this in the past, and it has been absolutely fine.

Should not be an issue...but I agree with the above, a brief note would not hurt in the optional section
