I think you should be competitive for Top 50 colleges. Startup experience may be useful but depends on how it fits your goals post MBA,

Yes, startup experience can add value provided it helps your career objectives in some way. What’s also important is the quality of that experience because it’s completely self-driven. In your particular case, running two startups will make me bit skeptical. Even one is not easy. You also need to connect dots between your professional experiences so far and what you plan to do in future. You also need to ask what would happen to the two startups if you pursue an MBA. That needs some explanation too.
