Following is my profile and target schools assuming I apply in roughly 1.5 years. What are my chances of getting into these schools? Is there anything I can do to improve these odds (aim for higher GMAT, additional extracurriculars, job shift)? I’m looking to start preparing now

Work Experience – Management Consulting (not top tier) for 1.5 years (expecting 3 years by time of application)
-Received early promotion (expecting another by application time)
-Managing teams of 3 and PMing 3 seperate workstreams
-Co-led pitch to client resulting in savings of approx. $10MM
Education – UC San Diego – BA in Economics (3.5GPA)
Extracurriculars
-8 years volunteering at homeless shelter in Harlem, NY
-5 years volunteering at charity supporting women and children in Paterson, NJ

I think if you can hit that GMAT and a little higher that would certainly help. Also, your ECs are solid given the length of your engagement but if you can find an opportunity for more leadership this would help out your profile. But your profile is solid and you are on the right path so keep getting those promotions and focus on the other elements above.
