Hi All,
Thanks to all the posts and the warm people here for helping me in my prep for GMAT. It wouldn't have been possible without it. Now that I have successfully made it through the first step, I need your help in taking the best step forward from here.

My profile is a bit unconventional and something that top MBA colleges may not be looking for. I am also finding it difficult to find advice online due to this, as most of the profiles are either of people working in IT and Tech in established companies or are into consulting/finance with major firms. My profile is as follows:
About me :Age 27
Indian
Academics :95th percentile in India's National Exams in in High school and senior secondary(10th standard - 92%, 12th Standard - 92% with Science and Computers in CBSE)
Took an extra year to finish my undergrad with a GPA of 6.24/10, Electrical Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology(Tier 2 college). Was trying to start my own business then which impacted my grades.
Work:Previous: Managing Director (2.5 years: Jun 2014 - Dec 2016) - Joined my father's startup which was on the brink of shutting down and managed it for 3 years and made it sustainable. Primarily involved with Product development(web) and Business development. It was a small business: Annual revenue - INR 5,000,000 (USD 80,000), Firm Size - 11 people
Current Role : Sales Manager (1 year: Jan 2017 - Present)- Lead a Team of 3. My work majorly involves meeting business owners of small and mid sized enterprises and consulting them IT solutions that can help them improve their internal processes or set up their online business.
No international experience. No consulting experience
Reason for MBA:1. Need formal training in business.
2. Need opportunities to get into strategic consulting.
3. Need international experience and opportunity to work on a global scale.
3. Strong alumni network in entrepreneurship.
Short term Goal: Plan A - Consulting (Preferably Strategic), Plan B - Product management for an innovative product(Web/IT or clean tech)
Long Term Goal: Entrepreneurship
Region-wise Colleges I have shortlisted and Applied to and pros and cons of the regions:Europe - ESADE & HEC
Pros: High ranking colleges, great alumni, global outreach, less than 12-18 months for an mba
Cons: Everyone I meet keeps warning me about the uncertainty over work opportunities, the short amount of time for which post study visa is valid for and Non EU status making it difficult for employers to sponsor visa. I'm open to pick up the local languages, especially spanish
Canada - Schulich, Rotman, Queens
Pros: Great market and opportunities in Toronto, Great immigration opportunities, lower fees
Cons: Globally lower ranked colleges, not great for finding opportunities outside of North america, comparatively lower salaries
US - Babson, open to suggestions
Pros: need not mention, best college for entrepreneurship, great for consulting, location ideal for consulting
Cons: High fees, H1B lottery system. I really can't risk taking a huge loan and then being asked to leave for india. My career will stagnate if I pay off my Dollar loans in INR
Also Considering - NUS singapore
Rejects - ISB (rejected after inteview) and LBS(applied in round 2 , no interview),
Please let me know if I can apply to any other colleges or regions which may be ideal for my expectations and which out of these is a good or bad option and why.
I am also confused about the following things:
1. Will it be really so difficult to find jobs and visa sponsorships if I do an MBA from a good college in Europe
2. Will it be very difficult to get into good consulting positions and work with global clients while working in a consulting firm in Canada? I have heard that US has much better opportunities and thus the canadian counterparts are often limited to candian projects.
3. Is there a way by which I can do an MBA in the european colleges and be able to increase my chances of employment or immigrate to more lenient places like Canada or Australia?
Priorities in order - Successful career with scope to make it to partner level on a global scale in consulting -> Job security -> Fees
Any suggestions are welcome as I am very confused. I often meet people who suggest me to apply for better colleges(I'm not sure what they mean by better) and many others who ask me to take very conservative steps.
Any help will be highly appreciated. Please share your views even if you can help me with reasons to go for or against even one of the colleges or regions.
Thanks in advance .
