Hi,
I just took the GMAT and scored a 720. (Q : 50, V : 35, IR : 5, AWA: 4)
First of all I would like to ask if I should retake the exam because of my low AWA and IR scores ?
My profile :
Gpa : 8 ( on a scale of 10)
A couple of Internships in business development.
Work ex: less than 1 year as a Product Manager in a leading e-commerce company of India.
I was targeting the following schools. Please let me know if they are safe or ambitious :
Duke
HEC
ESSEC
Michigan
LBS
Also please suggest some MiM programs that i should apply to.

If you are targeting the programs mentioned for their regular full-time 2 year MBA, I'd strongly recommend you get 2-3 years of work experience first.
Its not very clear from your post whether you are considering these programs for the MIM or for an MBA
