Just want to know which colleges would give more importance to diverse backgrounds rather than merit based profiles.

If so, do they provide full scholarship for higher GMAT score?

A meritorious person could have a highly diverse profile :), so I didn't quite get your question. Most b-schools that I have come across in my 10+ years experience as an admissions consultant give importance to both, having a diverse background and being meritorious, among other factors that they consider for granting admissions.

I'd suggest you focus on areas where you have some strengths and base your applications on those.

Thanks for the reply Namita.

I have a diploma(Textiles) and graduation(distance) and my academics scores were average.
I work in textiles, 5+ years experience.
2 startup’s(Shut down)
Extra activities: freelance Fitness trainer and Nutrition

I mean, is there any chance to get into top with schools with the background I have?

Hello whoareyoupraveen,

Every business schools values a diverse profile.

Whether or not you have a chance at making it to a top school depends on a range of factors that you have not shared with us.

For a detailed profile evaluation, you need to provide us with more information pertaining to your profile at work, achievements, skills, GMAT score, career goals etc.
