A few more perspectives and thoughts on your profile suramya26:
  1. The work profile looks decent and the achievements should help - it will be critical to showcase differentiation since there will be a lot of your peers from CTS applying. Also think of coming up with a coherent post-MBA story.
  2. The academic performance looks to be above average (?). Was that from a known college - brand can help to some extent.
  3. For reasons mentioned here, we do not speculate on school selection. That being said, the current score is just about at the average (and below) for all the schools in your consideration set. The Indian average is usually a good 20-30 points above the class average. That, together with being part of the larger IT pool can make things tough. While R1 is important, remember, it is never at the cost of a sub-optimal application. This means that even if you have to give yourself time and focus on the GMAT, you should do that.
  4. The ECs sound ok. Do bear in mind that only membership may not be very useful. Think of how oyou will articulate the differentiation and impact delivered.

Hope this helps some.

Cheers,
