My target colleges are
SMU/NTU/Schulich/ McGill.
Please some one evaluate my chances.

XII 81%
B.Tech 73.85%
Work experience
Currently working in capgemini for the last 2.5 years as a Senior Software engineer.
Worked for Johnson and Johnson Singapore and US.
In these years, I am responsible for understanding client's requirements, training juniors, delivering quality work.
Won client appreciations and Awarded Project Star for excellency in Customer Delivery.

Extra curricular
Member of WeCare(CSR initiative of CG)
Singer in TGIM

Volunteered and managed a Project Exhibition in college
Participated in inter college techfests.
Also I have added to get in depth of my profile.

Firstly, B School will be impressed to see brand names like Johnson and Johnson and Capgemini in applicants profile. Nature of job and responsibility took looks great, working for international clients and regions will definitely be an advantage when Adcom evaluates your profile. Your EC's and UG score looks decent. Since B school looks at the well-balanced profile, they will also look balanced GMAT score. As GMAT splits show that you're weak at the verbal section which can be negative point your profile. We recommend you retake GMAT and work more on the verbal part targetting 680+ to apply for above-mentioned schools.

This was my last GMAT attempt as I am targeting next year attempt so I need 3 months for essays and all.

What are my chances for the mentioned colleges with GMAT 650?

A few more perspectives and thoughts on your profile  suramya26 :
 
  The work profile looks decent and the achievements should help - it will be critical to showcase differentiation since there will be a lot of your peers from CTS applying. Also think of coming up with a coherent post-MBA story.  
  The academic performance looks to be above average (?). Was that from a known college - brand can help to some extent.  
  For reasons mentioned  here , we do not speculate on school selection. That being said, the current score is just about at the average (and below) for all the schools in your consideration set. The Indian average is usually a good 20-30 points above the class average. That, together with being part of the larger IT pool can make things tough. While R1 is important, remember, it is never at the cost of a sub-optimal application. This means that even if you have to give yourself time and focus on the GMAT, you should do that.  
  The ECs sound ok. Do bear in mind that only membership may not be very useful. Think of how oyou will articulate the differentiation and impact delivered.
