Hi,
I completed under graduation in Engineering from an Indian University, language of Instruction was English, GMAT score is 680. I am planning to apply for MBA programs in US and Europe (HEC Paris, Warwick).
Whether, I need to appear for IELTS or TOEFL?. If not, How an I prove my English proficiency ?.

No, you don't have to take either of these as long as the transcript states the English is the language of instruction.
There are a few exceptions - Haas and Anderson (both UC schools) are the ones that come to mind. So do make sure to review their FAQs; read their policy on the matter.

Hi,
Its better to check the b-school requirements as different programs have different policies around this. YOu can find their guidelines on the admissions pages. Also US b-schools mostly ask for TOEFL, whereas European programs ask for an IELTS.
