Most of the elite B Schools look for TOEFL and IELTS to prove your proficiency in case if you're from non-English speaker countries. If you were taught was in English and transcript state the same B schools accept it. To be on the safer side, you can read schools admission blog before planning anything further or you can also write to the admissions to get it confirm.

Most schools would be ok if your undergraduate degree was delivered in English. Some schools do require the TOEFL/IELTS, however. (Anderson)

Given that the TOEFL is easy enough, I would encourage you to take it.

Hi,

I completed under graduation in Engineering from an Indian University, language of Instruction was English, GMAT score is 680. I am planning to apply for MBA programs in US and Europe (HEC Paris, Warwick).

Whether, I need to appear for IELTS or TOEFL?. If not, How an I prove my English proficiency ?.
