I request a consultation / ding analysis and maybe you could then see whether I stand a chance at reapplication?
gmatinsead2018Unfortunately no they are not very re applicant friendly, the application is so voluminous they feel like they gave you a pretty good shot at it. However if you have some material updates like you do, it's worth reapplying. And I rarely say that for someone applying the following year – this rarely works because they don’t feel you have had enough time to grow.
But, you have upgrades in terms of both promotions and international experience. So that speaks to leadership and international orientation. Then there is the third criteria: contribution. Would be wise to get some points on the board for contribution if that's a weakness of yours, often overlooked but very important. Too late to start something new, but wise to deepen and formalize any previous activities (board membership, proof of positive impact/scaling their ops, etc.) And then we find ourselves to the last criteria which is grades and academics.
720 is honestly relatively low for an Indian applicant I really think that you need at least 20 points over the average to be competitive so that would be 735. If there's a way you can tack on an extra 15 points I think that would really benefit you. It's still not sky high but it gets you in the game if you have an awesome application. And, if you bump up the test score, they will be even more open to giving you a fresh and unbiased reevaluation.
You'll really want to differentiate yourself from other Indians so that they are not comparing your profile to Indians with better test scores.
So, reapply but please go full force with applying to other international/European programs like LBS, IESE, HEC; Wharton-Lauder is a very international MBA as well.

Dear All Experts,
I have two promotions, significant awards and additional international experience since the time of my last dine (R2 Jan 2019 Intake).
I was rejected at R2 Jan 2019 Intake without an interview. I was not asked to reapply.
I am thinking of a re-application now. My GMAT is 720, Indian.
AbhishankMBAPrepCoachsandeep8333Could you guide me whether INSEAD is reapplicant friendly? Especially reapplicants like me who have not been specifically asked to reapply ?
