Ritikarustogi, given that you are targeting the 2021 intake, there isn't really much time to build the profile. The focus has to be instead on presenting/packaging what you have in the best possible manner to get into the top MBA programs. Hi
I am Nitin Sharma Following is my Profile :
10th - 78.8, 12th - 67..5, B.Tech Mechanical from a Pvt. engg College - CGPA-7.5
GMAT - Yet to take, targeting around 720.
WE - 12 Yrs Exp. in Project Management of Oil & Gas Project
Past - 6 yrs with RIL, was Project Engineer for 2 of the biggest refinery in the world at Jamnagar / Mumbai office.
Present - 6 Year as Senior Project Engineer / Project Manager in Indian arm of US based engineering company - Oil & Gas, Refinery (100-750 USD million), managed a team size of 15-40 people.
Enrolled for PMP certification, Active member of CSR team in Company of yearly budget of 20 lakhs.
University runner up for inter college basketball championship (no certificate available)
Played regional level cricket in class 12th.
Extra curr- Active standup comedy in Mumbai comedy clubs, Speedcubing (rubiks cube coach and participant)
Post MBA goals - Project Management, Operation management, roles in Strategy , General management.
I am also differently abled with 1 leg (accident in 2017) - not sure how this will impact my overall profile.
Request evaluation of my profile for IIMs, ISB which i intend to target.

nitrc0011, that's a pretty well rounded profile you appear to have there. While the basics are in place, the critical thing to highlight would be work related achievements and differentiation therein, especially since you moved into the MNC.

The CSR bit will help and you should also talk about how the issue in your leg has impacted you on an ongoing basis in your applications.

Overall, IIMs (A and C) are likely to be a better fit at ISB and IIMB tend to prefer slightly younger candidates.
