Hello Everyone,
Indian male here. I have give GMAT past weekend and still waiting for my score. I am expecting 700+ score.
I want to start next year so wanted to check what will be the right time to start applying?
Also wanted to know about TOEFL waiver for schools in Europe and US.
I am engineer by profession and my schooling and college was all done in English medium.

The right time is now as most of the BSchool applications are open and the Round 1 deadlines are fast approaching. Do you know which schools you want to apply to? Regarding the TOEFL waiver, you have to check the school's website as each has its own criteria.
Also, I have moved this topic to the "Ask Admission Consultants" forum.
