Hi,
I am 25, M, from India,
GPA approx. 3 (converted) as a psychology major (undergrad)
GMAT - 630; IELTS - 8
Extracurricular - Chairperson of the psychology yearly event, editor of the college English magazine, 2-time national award winner for poetry writing, represented rotary India as an exchange student to Spain
Work Experience -
a.) 1 year as a writer in a marketing/ advertisement based start-up
b.) 2+ years (ongoing) management trainee at Adani group (one of the top companies in the country), I have been put by the company on a training program in which I am supposed to work with different businesses of the Adani Group in different roles (3-year program), following which I will be doing my MBA and then joining back with the company as a management-level employee. So far I have worked with Adani Defence, Adani Solar (in their factory as a factory supervisor trainee), Adani Green, Adani Electricity and Adani Airports; covering the roles of HR, Business Development, Purchase Team, Customer Service and Marketing strategy.
I'm going to apply for the class of 2024 and my target is ivy league colleges and would like feedback regarding that.

Thanks for sharing details on your profile here, Our expert is much obliged to answer you. Regarding your profile... You have a very good profile, All your basic educational, work experiences, and a great GMAT score. Yes it will put you in a good standing until and unless you work on your story. You have each and every element in your profile but all you have to do is it needs to be articulated into proper stories/essays. the nonquantifiable parts of your application and his desire/need to do the MBA particularly with leadership experience has to be conveyed. Mainly your long term goal and how you can align your goals to the college is also very important.
