Hi,
Can you please have a look into my profile and provide suggestions regarding MBA program selection:
Indian, Male, Civil Engineer
Undergrad score - 76.67% (top 20 percent) in Civil engineering from Jadavpur University (probably tier II college)
Post graduation - 9.51 out of 10 from IIT Mumbai
Work Experience - August 2014 to current (around around 8.0 years currently)
Currently working in a Danish MNC in UK as design engineer
Rest of work experience is of a MNC (UK based civil engineering consultancy firm)
have experience of leading a team of 6-7 people for project delivery
have experience of project and financial management
Extra currics - organization of international technical conference in college
organization of workshop for working professionals for continuing education in college
part of employee engagement and CSR activities in organization
GMAT score - 750 Q49 V44 IR7 AWA5
field of interest - Operations, Supply Chain, Consulting
Colleges - MIT Sloan, Tepper, Eli Broad (Michigan), WP Carey, Fisher Ohio

As you know, as an Indian male engineer you have your work cut out to differentiate yourself from your peers. A lot of this will come down to articulating a strong personal story (tips on this here).
As for your post-MBA goals, most schools will want you to be decisive before arriving on campus.
