Hello ufo9038,

I hope you are doing well. It appears you have a strong educational background, solid work experience in the field of Risk and Regulatory Advisory, and clear post-MBA goals. Your undergraduate degree from a top university in your country, along with a Master's in Public Policy and an MBA, demonstrates your commitment to education and your ability to excel academically. While a GMAT score of 720 is solid, consider retaking it to potentially increase your chances, especially if you're targeting highly competitive schools.

Your work and educational experiences in Korea, Ireland, and your home country show your international exposure and adaptability. Your 7.5 years of work experience, including roles in the Prime Minister's advisory office, Big 4, and payment banks, provide a strong foundation in risk and regulatory advisory, which aligns well with your career goals.

Your FRM certification and volunteer work teaching English to refugees demonstrate your commitment to personal development and giving back to the community. Your short-term goal of transitioning into a Treasury Front Office role and your long-term goal of becoming a Chief Risk Officer (CRO) in a Fortune 500 company are well-defined and align with your background and aspirations.

Based on your profile and goals, here's a breakdown of reach, target, and safety schools:

Reach Schools:

1. Harvard Business School
2. Stanford Graduate School of Business
3. Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania
4. Booth School of Business - University of Chicago
5. Columbia Business School

Target Schools:

1. Kellogg School of Management - Northwestern University
2. Tuck School of Business - Dartmouth College
3. Sloan School of Management - MIT
4. Ross School of Business - University of Michigan
5. Haas School of Business - UC Berkeley

Safety Schools:

1. Darden School of Business - University of Virginia
2. Johnson Graduate School of Management - Cornell University
3. Fuqua School of Business - Duke University
4. McCombs School of Business - University of Texas at Austin
5. Tepper School of Business - Carnegie Mellon University

Remember that the competitiveness of your application depends on various factors, including the applicant pool in a given year and the strength of your essays, letters of recommendation, and interview performance. Be sure to tailor your application for each school and highlight how their specific programs align with your goals.

Good luck with your applications!

While nearly everything in your profile is pretty strong, your challenges remain your age, GMAT score, and a 3rd Masters (MPP included). Setting up a compelling link between your career goal and your past is critical; I would also think that for M-7 schools (assuming you can get your GMAT higher), it would help to target more impactful positions.
